Nature Turns inward and so should we.
Winter brings with it a healing quiet that encourages us to pause and embrace ourselves. Winter provides space for us to evaluate what no longer serves us and then release it. It teaches us the importance of rest so that we can renew our spirit.
As nature is taking a break, so should we. What do you need a break from??
Is it the “busy” in your world?
Is it the noise of social media?
Is it people pleasing?
Is it worry?
What new habits can you practice this winter for self-care?
Journaling?
Yoga?
Meditation?
Breathwork?
Painting?
Winter also inspires hope. As we practice patience waiting for the
warmer days of spring, we are reminded that the darkness will end.
By releasing what no longer serves us in winter, we are preparing
for the newness and opportunities of spring.
